At nationalhealthserviceuk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we inspect the items.
